FOR COLORED GIRLS: Theatrical Trailer.

When Tyler Perry announced that he was tackling "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf," I Paused. Whoa! How would he do it? How would it translate? Author Ntozake Shange describes this moving piece of literature as what she calls a "choreopoem," made up of individual poems which form a single statement. Ooohhh. It is a powerful, gripping story that explores the lives of black women. And according to the trailer, I'd say Mr. Perry has a better grasp of things than I expected. Take a Look:
